New Lag Sockets in Left and Right Hand Thread can be wound into timber posts using an Allen key. Left and Right Hand Swage Stud Terminals can then  be used to tension the wire.

New swivel fittings for a slimline look on stairs. These can be used with the Lag Sockets below in timber or with left and right hand rivet nuts shown opposite and above in stainless steel tube. In steel posts the holes can be tapped to a M6 thread to take these fittings.

Hydraulic Swage Wire Fittings

Another new product for a perfectly slimline installation of stainless steel wire is the Flip Lock Toggle. Using the two separate components, once the swage has been completed on the 3.2mm wire, the toggle can be swivelled sideways to insert through a 8mm hole in the tube. Please note that the FL-Swage can only be swaged successfully with a 2.5mm die in your swaging machine.

EASYLOC SYSTEM

The Easyloc system is a swageless system which can be done with ease. Cut your wire to length and push it into the fitting and the self gripping fitting holds the wire inside. The best thing about this system is it can be undone using the easyloc key and the fittings can be used elsewhere. Insert the key along the wire and into the fitting and it will open the jaws inside allowing removal of the wire.
